At Thrivin, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all items in original condition. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our streamlined process ensures you get back to your training as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure the gear remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
